I am a new BBQ Grill owner, and this is a great starter book. Recommended by my former boss, who is an avid Grill Master.
This is the best Barbeque Cook Book by far! Bobby takes you through the entire BBQ adventure from the right equipment for barbequing to the appetizers, entrées, sides and even cocktails! He gives you the menus to make any BBQ a gala. His recipes are amazing and through his instruction, anyone can become a BBQ King or Queen. I gave this as a gift to my best friend who just bought her first grill. She loves it!!! I'm going to order one for myself. I did a lot of research on cook books for this perfect gift for her and this book surpasses all others, in my opinion. I've seen many programs televised by Bobby on the Food Network and you can't go wrong with any of his recipes.Bobby Flay's Barbecue Addiction

Excellent cookbook in typical Bobby Flay fashion. Lots of creativity, as expected. I've made several dishes with much success! I'll have his whole collection soon. If you live in the West, try his Mesa Grill restaurant in Vegas. Outstanding!
I still mourn that this show is no longer on during my early morning gym time. Much more interesting, and healthier, recipes than The Pioneer Woman show that took its place. If only I could afford to have all those different grilling setups; however, Bobby kindly suggests ways to create the same effects with whatever setup you do have.
I am a grill Diva and I just love everything about this book between the pictures, recipes, stories and user friendly instructions, it's a great book, I bought this book for a Xmas gift and loved it so much that I kept it for myself and I'm ordering another for a Xmas gift for my DIL. I love the fact that Bobby's recipes are so healthy and the fact that he cooks clean.
I gave this book to my boss as he loves to grill like my husband does.Since hubby owns a few of Bobby Flay's books I thought I would get my boss the NEWEST of his books (so we can borrow it later...LOL...just kidding).Boss loved the book. He liked that there were side dish recipes to go with the grilled meats which is something Bobby has done in his other books. He also liked the sauce/marinade recipes and couldn't wait to try them.We got this book way before the scheduled delivery date and I was completely impressed with the entire purchase/process.
